Overview

Nordic Hydrotherapy Circuits

Yora Nordic Spa Kananaskis is inspired by the Nordic tradition of hydrotherapy, where guests move through cycles of heat, cold and rest across distinct hydrotherapy circuits, supporting relaxation, recovery and overall wellbeing.

The Elements Circuit

The Elements Circuit introduces a sensory journey through heat, cold, sound, light and nature-based environments designed to awaken the senses and cultivate deeper relaxation. It features an array of specialized amenities, including a mountain view hot pool, a walk-through cold pool, an infrared sauna, an Earth’s heartbeat Sauna, a botanical Sauna, red light therapy installations, and a two-story Calm Cabin. Guests may incorporate the Elements Circuit into their hydrotherapy visit or reserve the experience privately.

Massage Treatments

The hydrotherapy experience can be paired with rejuvenating massage treatments, such as relaxation and deep tissue massage.

Culinary Offering

Across the property, Yora Kananaskis features two thoughtful dining options: Yora Table, offering a relaxed sit-down culinary experience, and Yora Café, ideal for grab-and-go coffees and light refreshments.

Yora Shop

Guests can visit the Yora Shop to browse a curated collection of wellness and lifestyle products, including Yora’s signature tartan robe.
