Long known as a destination reserved for heads of state, discerning guests and global tastemakers seeking the ultimate island getaway, Laughing Waters has, until now, been offered solely as a full 12-bedroom estate experience, with rates starting at $17,500 per night. In response to a growing desire for deeply personal yet expansive retreats, the estate will now be available for select weeks in 2025 and 2026 at a new tiered rate structure, beginning at $13,000 per night plus taxes and fees for use of eight bedrooms.
Signature Escape Weeks invite guests to experience the full majesty of the estate’s three acres of tropical gardens, a members-only beach club, an 18,000-square-foot main residence, private gym, cinema, formal dining spaces, and striking art deco bar now tailored to intimate groups from two to 16 guests. The estate remains fully staffed and meticulously serviced to its uncompromising standards. Sitting on a four-acre estate, Laughing Waters offers travelers a sanctuary of sophistication paired with elite resort amenities. As the only private villa in Barbados with exclusive access to the nearby AAA Five Diamond resort and entry to a members-only beach club, Laughing Waters ensures an unparalleled combination of villa seclusion and resort-style luxury.
