Guests can partake in an invigorating session at the Spa at Cashel Palace in the hot and cold experience showers, relaxing Jacuzzi, and superior Klafs steam room and sauna. The world-class Spa takes full advantage of the glorious views, with a light-flooded and heated 17-meter swimming pool including 5 meters outdoors and outdoor seaweed baths designed to enjoy a therapeutic soak.
Three Wedding Packages are available starting at €195 per person for the bride and groom that incorporate everything you will need for your big day and the celebratory weekend as well as a complimentary suite for the bride and groom on their wedding night. Guest room block rates begin at €319.
Rehearsal Dinner and Dining Experiences
A proud Relais & Chateaux member, Cashel Palace Hotel’s dining offering is exceptional in every sense and the hotel also has two atmospheric bars. The wedding will feature a five course dinner menu plus tea, coffee, and selection of petit fours. Below are highlights of each course.
Canapés: Harty’s Rock Oyster and Champagne, Cured Foie Gras on Toast, Smoked Salmon and Horseradish.
Starter: Tipperary Whiskey Smoked Salmon, Confit of Skeaghanore Duck Leg, Tian of Dingle Crab.
Soup or Sorbet: Roasted Red Pepper and Vine Tomato, Wild Mushroom, Earl Gray and Lemon Sorbet and Elderflower Sorbet.
Main Course: Roasted Filet of Bantry Bay Salmon, Corn-Fed Chicken Breast, Walsh’s Roast Sirloin of Beef.
Dessert: Chocolate Ganache Tart, Haitian Vanilla Crème Brûleé, Irish Coffee Trifle.
