Guests can visit a Glacier Dog Camp. After a short and scenic helicopter flight to a nearby ice field, you’ll experience the great Alaska sport of dogsledding. Your guide will explain the origin of sled dog breeds, mushing history, and the Iditarod known as “The Last Great Race on Earth.” Once the dogs are harnessed, you’ll take to the trail with your guide.
